A statement jacket, this classic outerwear is made in hand-spun and handwoven indigenous Kala cotton, hand-dyed in an olive green hue.

With the remarkable breathability of the low-twisted hand-spun yarn, the jacket is tailored for understated sophistication, offering comfort in movement and a light feel as you adorn it. Perfect for dinner parties, this conscious piece is a tribute to vintage craftsmanship.

- 100% pure Kala cotton is indigenous to the Kachchh region of Gujarat, which is naturally pest-resistant and rain-fed. The farmers do not use any artificial irrigation or synthetic fertilisers.

- The yarn is handspun on a single-spindle charkha and handwoven on a local handloom.

- The Olive Green hue is achieved through a blend of natural ingredients from the Indian landscape, including harda solution and natural Indigo.

- 29.5 inches / 75 cms is the length of the garment.

Wash Care for COTTON

It is advisable to wash this garment separately and do not expose it to direct sunlight as it could lead to variation in colour.

NOTE: Colour bleeding is normal in naturally dyed garments in the initial washes after which the colours stabilise. The fading and bleeding of the natural dyes result in graceful fades with the passage of time.

Shipping: Shipping in India is FREE.
The product will ship with in 20 to 30 days after reception of your paid order. Delivery: All order will be delivered via Blue dart (or equivalent) in 2 to 3 business days.

Return and Exchange

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on a made-to-order piece, but our customer care team would be happy to assist you for any product or size related concerns.
However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order. Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.

Frequently Asked Questions

How and where is it made?

All our pieces are made in India through a fibre-to-finish process that begins in artisan communities and comes together at our workshop in New Delhi. We work closely with Kala Khoj in Kachchh—a producer-owned organisation with 250 artisan members—where textiles are made slowly and by hand, often within artisan homes.
Our cotton garments use handspun, handwoven cotton with a significantly lower carbon footprint, dyed with plant-based colours, and finished using craft techniques like smocking, painting, and tie-dyeing. Our silk pieces are made using mulberry silk from Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
The entire process is rooted in care and generational skill, with a majority of our value chain led by women and many artisans under the age of 35.

What is the cost of shipping?

There is a shipping charge of $40 for orders below $300. Orders above $300 have free shipping across world.
