This yarn dyed hand-spun / hand-woven fabric is achieved without the use of electricity in the Burdwal region of Indian, near Kolkata, West Bengal. The yarn is naturally indigo dyed in Pondicherry.

Natural Dye : The color is achieved through a careful blend of indigenous ingredients from the Indian landscape including natural indigo. Color may slightly vary due to the nature of the small batch natural dyeing.

Care :
It is advisable to wash separately in cold water and air dry ensuring a longer life for the garment and a gentle impact on the environment. Natural dyes bleed and result in graceful fades with the passage of time.

It is advisable to wash this garment separately and do not expose it to direct sunlight as it could lead to variation in colour.

NOTE: Indigo bleeding is normal in naturally dyed garments in the initial washes after which the colours stabilise. The fading and bleeding of the natural dyes result in graceful fades with the passage of time.
