Product Details

A smart straight-fit shirt dress with pleats at the elbows, made in fine silk with all-over bandhani dyed in Madder Violet.

- 100% silk.

- Violet colour is achieved using sappan wood and ferrous and tamarind seed solution.

- Bandhani is a traditional tie and dye technique done in India.

It is advisable to wash this garment separately and do not expose it to direct sunlight as it could lead to variation in colour.

NOTE: Indigo bleeding is normal in naturally dyed garments in the initial washes after which the colours stabilise. The fading and bleeding of the natural dyes result in graceful fades with the passage of time.
