CONCEALED PLACKET INDIGO SHIRT

A slim fit ungendered statement jacket. Crafted and composed with handspun and handwoven indigenous cotton with supplementary bead motifs (tangaliya weave) in undyed off - white shade.

- 100% cotton.

- Handspun yarn is made using a single spindle gandhi charkha.

- Tangaliya is an indigenous hand weaving technique, native to Surendranagar district in Gujarat where coloured threads are twisted onto a group of four to five threads of warp, creating dana or beadwork.

- Natural indigo is dyed in 100% fructose-based fermentation.

It is advisable to wash this garment separately and do not expose it to direct sunlight as it could lead to variation in colour.

• Do not bleach
• Iron or steam with warm heat
• Separately hand wash

NOTE: Indigo bleeding is normal in naturally dyed garments in the initial washes after which the colours stabilise. The fading and bleeding of the natural dyes result in graceful fades with the passage of time.
