Hand-spun and hand-woven without the use of electricity on single spindle in the Hapur region of Uttar Pradesh - naturally overdyed in Pondicherry.
Hand processing results in a non-homogenous - undulating quality which immediately connects us to the farmers, spinners and weavers that participated in the transformation of the material from fiber to fabric.
Fabric Composition : 100% climate beneficial - organic - heirloom cotton - indigenous to the landscape of India.

The color is achieved through a careful blend of indigenous ingredients from the Indian landscape including natural indigo. Color may slightly vary due to the nature of the small batch natural dyeing.
Care :
It is advisable to wash separately in cold water and air dry ensuring a longer life for the garment and a gentle impact on the environment. Natural dyes bleed and result in graceful fades with the passage of time.

NOTE:
Indigo bleeding is normal in naturally dyed garments in the initial washes after which the colours stabilise. The fading and bleeding of the natural dyes result in graceful fades with the passage of time.
