BLACK AND WHITE STATEMENT PATCHWORK TEXTURED COTTON SHIRT

Statement shirt crafted carefully using handspun and handwoven cotton.

- Features vivid geometrical motifs in ecru on coal black from reclaimed fabrics layered along hand-embroidered details.

- 100% Cotton.

- Handspun yarn is made using a single spindle Gandhi charkha.

- Reclaimed pieces are those where, after the garment is cut and stitched- we use all the leftover scrap and make reclaimed patchwork out of it.

- Kantha is a traditional craft of running stitches used for quilting.

- Black colour is achieved using ferrous and tamarind seed solution.

- 28.25 inches / 71.8 cms is the length of this garment.

It is advisable to wash this garment separately and do not expose it to direct sunlight as it could lead to variation in colour.

• Iron or steam with warm heat
• Separately hand wash

NOTE: Colour bleeding is normal in naturally dyed garments in the initial washes after which the colours stabilise. The fading and bleeding of the natural dyes result in graceful fades with the passage of time.
